Winston 04:36
WINSTON My life was empty like my bottle The way you feel when you are down I couldn't see and didn't notice That there was someone else around But when the music touched my ear I was getting out of fear, out of pain There was something that I can't explain Something special to remain With Lucy and Lily and Lola and Rita all around With Ruby and Sadie and Winston all around Winston all around, Winston all around My life was blooming like a flower And I could do what can't be done Maybe someday I'd got the power Just to complete what he'd begun Because the music touched my ear I was getting out of fear, out of pain There was something that I can't explain Something special to remain With Lucy and Lily and Lola and Rita all around With Ruby and Sadie and Winston all around Winston all around, Winston all around But when I met the human race Somehow they hit into my face One day they got me by the balls And they put me in the deep freeze, Deep freeze, deep freeze, deep freeze! My life is empty like my bottle The way you feel when you are down I can not see and do not notice That there is someone else around With all the music I can hear I am getting full of fear, got to scream There is no one else like he has been No one special to be seen No Lucy, no Lily, no Lola, no Rita, No Ruby, no Sadie, not Elea-nor Rigby, No Winston, no Winston, no Winston, no Winston, No Winston, no Winston, no Winston, no Winston here at all No Winston here at all, no Winston here at all

Go Away! 02:53
GO AWAY! I don’t need to waste my time with you here ev’ry day I don’t want to stand your moods much longer, go away! ‘cause I just wanna do what is to do for doin’ that what is to do I don’t need you so baby, maybe, I’ll leave you tonight I hate to see you pottering around so senseless ev’ry day I just hate your self-loved celebrations, go away! it’s almost better to forget your name and to find somebody, soon, who feels the same as I do, oh maybe, I’ll leave you tonight ah so baby, maybe, I’ll leave you tonight I don’t need to waste my time with you here ev’ry day I just hate your self-loved celebrations, go away! ah - ah ‘cause I just wanna do what is to do for doin’ that what is to do I don’t need you so baby, maybe, I’ll leave you tonight so baby, maybe, I’ll leave you tonight no baby, not maybe, I will leave you - now

about

An EP (extended play) especially compiled by THE BUT to celebrate the 60th birthday of John Lennon.

It has been officially released on October 9th 2000, containing two of the band's own compositions as well as a cover version of Lennon's "Help Me To Help Myself". His - finally completed by THE BUT - "She's A Friend of Dorothy's" is only available as a digital download here and did not appear in the original release.
Those cover version's special feature is that they have only been handed down by the composer as demo recordings. THE BUT have released the first completed recordings in "band garb" with their arrangements.

If you buy the album in its entirety, you will automatically receive a bonus track which is not visible here, but is also hidden on the physical edition of the EP as a "hidden track".
